We plan to start the workshop after lunch on Monday, to allow those from Europe to arrive that day rather than Sunday. We plan to finish by lunch time on Thursday, but may continue into the afternoon if more time is needed. Thus we should have 3 hours meeting time Monday and Thursday, and six hours Tuesday and Wednesday, for a total of 18 hours, expandable to 21 if needed. We have 18 scheduled talks, with 45 minutes allotted to each. To the speakers, please plan for about 30 minutes of presentation and leave 15 minutes for discussion. After each three papers, we leave a 45-minute time for general discussion of the preceding papers, or for any short presentations or supplemental material, which could include poster material, computer simulations or movies, etc.
