Output file for populations - popul.lst

This file contains all populations and departure coefficients at all depth points. It is updated after each iteration. Output is controlled by the variable LPPOP.
The file contains values for all depths and all energy levels and ions of following variables:
  1. LTE populations
  2. LTE populations of the rest
  3. b-factors
  4. B-factors for ions
  5. NLTE populations
  6. NLTE populations of ions
  7. occupation probabilities
