Geomagnetic activity forecast for the period January 19 - January 25, 2018

Quiet: Jan 19, Jan 22 - 23, 25
Unsettled: Jan 19 - 22, 24
Active: Jan 19 - 20
Minor storm: 0
Major storm: 0

Geomagnetic activity summary:
The coming week, we do not expect any storming event but we expect an
active episode this weekend (peaking about Saturday, January 20). After
this event, geomagnetic activity decrease to unsettled level is expected.
Since Tuesday, January 23, we expect quiet conditions return although the
last days could be influeced by coronal hole 62/+3. Nevertheless, in this
forecasted period, we expect only isolated active event at the last days.
