Output file for rates - rates.lst

This file contains information about all transition rates at all depth points. It is updated after each iteration. Output is controlled by the variable LPRAT.
Each trasition is introduced by a header describing basic transition parameters. Here is an example for Lyman continuum:
 ITR=   1 ITRCOL=   1 ILOW=   1 IUP=  11 IAT=   1 ION=   1
 IFR1=    1090 IFR2=    1158 FRTR=  3.2872296E+15 Hz, i.e.        911.991 A
 Lower level:    H I                    <1>
 Upper level:    H II                   protons
 Continuum: hydrogenic cross section, exact Gaunt factor
 Collisions: H or HeII: Napiwotzki (1993) fit

then for this particular transition for each depth point:
ID
index of the depth point
PNIL0
NLTE population of lower level
PNIU0
NLTE population of upper level
RRU0
upward radiative rate
RRD0
downward radiative rate
COL0
upward collisional rate
OPC0
for lines: opacity at the centre of the line
for continua: opacity at the edge
TAU0
for lines: optical depth at the centre of the line
for continua: optical depth at the edge
QRU(ITRCOL,ID)
collision strength q
