Extensive output file of all relative changes - relal.lst

This huge file contains for each element and each depth point Saha-Boltzmann factors and their derivatives, ionization fractions and their derivatives, LTE level populations and their derivatives, occupation probabilities, and ion populations. The output is controlled by the variable LPRELA.
