Directions

By car: Take the southbound highway D1 (Praha – Brno), exit Sporilov. Refer to a map below for the recommended way to take.

By plane: We are served by the Prague international airport. From the airport, public transport is very efficient and reliable (total travel time is 55 min). Buses are a good option. Tickets can be bought for CZK 32 at a kiosk inside the airport hall, or directly from a driver (with a small surcharge), and must by validated in the bus (No. 119). Transfer to the subway route A (keep the ticket, it is valid all the way). At the 'Museum' stop change to the route C and proceed in the direction 'Haje'. Get off at the 'Roztyly' stop. From the subway exit, on the left hand side, you will already see the building of the Institute: it is behind the highway, between two large buildings of T-Mobile and OBI companies (10 min walking distance; refer to maps bellow for the plan of the way from metro to the Institute). Alternatively, a cab costs about CZK 800, depending on the traffic and other circumstances (confirm in advance). Pick-up is in front of the airport hall (Terminals 1 and 2). Take No. 119 to the bus terminal 'Dejvicka'.

By train: From the Prague 'Main Railway Station' or 'Holesovice Railway Station' take the subway line C, direction towards 'Haje'. A ticket can be bought from kiosks at the entrance to the compulsory ticket area for CZK 26. Get off at the 'Roztyly' stop and you will already see the building of the Institute behind the highway on the left hand side between T-Mobile office building and OBI supermarket (10 min walking distance; refer to maps bellow for the plan of the way from metro to the Institute).
