The Early-bird registration fee for in-person attendance is 450 €. It covers access to all sessions, coffee breaks, lunches, welcome reception, conference dinner, and an organized tour of their choice.
The registration fee for accompanying persons is 150 €. It covers access to welcome reception, conference dinner, and an organized tour of their choice.
The registration fee for remote access to all talk sessions is 100 €.
The late registration fee (after August 22, 2022) for in-person attendance is 500 €.
Registration fee payment
Due to the high uncertainties regarding travel restrictions and their impact on the organization of an in-person meeting, the deadline for early-bird registration is extended till August 21, 2022. For the same reasons, the registration fee payment opening is postponed to August 21, 2022.
Modification of a registration
To modify your registration in any way, please use the registration form again. When you use the same e-mail address your registration will be modified.
Cancellation of a registration
To cancel your registration, please write an e-mail to hinode@asu.cas.cz.
Cancellations made before August 21, 2022, are eligible for 100% refund.
Cancellations made before August 31, 2022, are eligible for 50% refund.
