Human Resource Strategy for Researcher (HRS4R)
The Astronomical Institute of the Czech Academy of Sciences is committed to obtain the HR Excellence in Research Award, granted by the European Commission to research organizations that align their internal processes with the principles of the European Charter for Researchers: https://euraxess.ec.europa.eu
The Astronomical Institute officially endorsed the principles of the Charter on August 28, 2025 and submitted its action plan proposal for the 2026–2028 period to the European Commission for review on August 28, 2026, which is intended to significantly align the internal processes of the institute with the principles of the Charter.
The institute is currently in the Initial Assessment phase.
